• Notes

  John Lambert came over with the Earl of Clanricarda 1630, and he was the second son of John Lambert of Calton and Skipton, Yorks. He settled in County Galway on a lease they held of the deer park of Patumna from the Earl of Clanricarda. Either he or the earl was killed at the siege of Derry in 1689.
