The problem with that is it means she would have been aged 21 when she got married in 1765, so why would she be described as a 'minor' on her marriage record?
It could be her age at death was estimated...

Wilberforce won the seat. 1807 was the same year the Slave Act of 1807 was passed, which prohibited the slave trade in the British Empire. However slavery was not abolished by an act of parliament until 1833.
